All our technicians are fully trained in from  Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) to risk assessments, following the guidance of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) Law. Our products that we use have been carefully selected so that they are effective and suitable for those with allergies. All our products we supply are specially formulated to have a minimal impact on the environment. 

 A 50% non-transferable deposit is required to secure bookings for one-off/ deep cleans. This secures the date for you and is not transferable to another date or to another customer/ property. If you cancel the booking, you will lose your deposit. 

Full payment (minus any deposit) is required on the day of the clean before the clean. You are welcome to pay before your clean if that is more convenient for you. 

All payments are made directly to L D Specialist Cleaning Services bank account. .

If you need to cancel your clean, please let us know as soon as possible. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the clean will be charged at full price. 48 hours notice will be charged at 40% of the clean

If you or others in your household are too ill to go to work or school, please contact us ASAP to cancel your clean.

If we are unable to access the property as arranged, the clean will be charged at full price.

 If there is any aspect of our work that you are not happy with, please get in touch ASAP and within 24 hours of the clean and I will rectify as soon as I can.
