Biohazard

What is biohazard?

A biohazard clean is typically described as the type of clean that requires decontamination, sanitising and deodorising following an incident involving biohazardous materials or waste, such as human waste and other types of bodily fluids. Biohazard cleans are designed to reduce the risk of infection from exposure, which means cleaning a biohazard is much more intensive than a regular clean. When carrying out a biohazard clean, nothing can be missed, the risk of not undertaking the clean properly can lead to the risk of contamination and even, in the worst cases, lead to death.

Hoarder Clean Ups

Hoarding by definition is someone who acquires an excessive number of items and stores them in a chaotic manner. Often there is no monetary value to the items and it leads to unmanageable amounts of clutter. There are 5 levels of hoarding and 4 hoarding types including wet, dry, animal and data.

Mould Clean Ups

Mould of all types is often a result of moisture that occurs through condensation, or another source of moisture in an area where there is poor airflow. We can help identify and remove any mould whilst helping prevent any future developments. deep cleaning specialist cleaning services

Infection and Virus Control

Every workplace has risks of infection, some more than others, no matter what the industry. Higher risk areas include schools, hospitals and nursing homes; where part of the work activity involves coming into close contact with human skin, blood and/or bodily waste and fluids.  We will fully disinfect, remove anything contaminated, clean from top to bottom and fog the property if required

Fire and Toxic Odour

One of the most common and dangerous by-products of a house fire is soot.  If it remains in a home it can release gases, that when breathed in, are harmful to health. It can also be harmful to your health to get soot on your skin. We will ventilate thoroughly, a commercial soot and smoke remover product that contains trisodium phosphate will be use. We will  wiped down a few times to ensure that there is no evidence of fire damage or soot to allow you back to your property

Sharps and Needle Sweeps

Some of the more known are:

• Needles & hypodermic needles

• Syringes and scalpels

• Blades (including knives & saws)

• Infusion sets

• Broken glass, nails & screws

This is where we have the correct training to safely remove and dispose.
